Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or ordering any products.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Site or purchase our products.

2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Human 3.0™ supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on our Site or in our materials is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for medical advice.

Always consult your physician before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraud or violation of our Terms.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations. Shipping times may vary depending on availability and destination.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Human 3.0™ is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We stand behind EXECUTE. If you're not satisfied with your first order, email us at support@human30labs.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return anything.

We ask that you use the product consistently for at least two weeks before requesting a refund, to give it a fair trial. This satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order of a product only. We reserve the right to request the product or proof of use, and to decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. SUBSCRIPTION & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Some EXECUTE products are available on a subscription basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize Human 30 Labs, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, until you cancel.

How it works. When you subscribe, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout (for example, every 30 days). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping, unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Renewal price. We will charge the subscription price disclosed to you at the time of purchase. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance by email and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Billing date and shipping. Your first order ships when you subscribe. Each renewal is billed and shipped on the same cycle thereafter. The date of your next charge is shown in your account.

How to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by [managing your subscription in your account] or by emailing us at support@human30labs.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least [24 hours / 1 day] before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a charge that has already been processed or an order that has already shipped.

Refunds on subscription orders. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order only, as described in Section 5. Subsequent subscription orders are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee, but if a renewal order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right under the terms of Section 5.

Failed payments. If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is updated. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site – including logos, product names, images, copy, and design – is the property of Human 3.0™ and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this Site without our express written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human 3.0™ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Site or products.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our services or business.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@human30labs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We'll try to resolve it with you in good faith. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Site, or our products that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by [the American Arbitration Association (AAA)] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Class action waiver. You and Human 30 Labs, LLC agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.

Location and governing rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in [the State of Wyoming] or, where required by applicable law, in your home jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to support@human30labs.com with your name and order details. If you opt out, neither you nor Human 30 Labs will be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions.

Exceptions. This section does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court, or to claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual property.
